The Photo Critique January 2023
The Photo Critique is a regular live webinar and a joint project of Photo Masters and Photo Wonders. In every episode, we offer thoughtful critiques of viewer photographs. Special thanks to our sponsor Platypod for providing a prize to our winner. Congratulations to Reena Walkling, our winner for this episode! And a very special thanks to everyone who submitted their wonderful photos for consideration.

Thank you for doing these critiques! However, I much prefer your old method of doing them. I wasn't watching for Rick's praise for photos, but for Ian's constructive critique of photos. Themes you have done in the past were also very nice. And you could cover more photos with just one person than with two people.
I really enjoyed the critique. There were several tips I picked up and will incorporate into my photography. Keep them coming please!
I enjoyed watching this as I picked up some tips and reminders. I will keep a look out for your next one.
excellent images in this critique! So it has been pointed out, if there is a dark night and no moon then the natural color of the sky is black not blue. And unfortunately so many photographers have lost star colors - all their stars are white! Not natural. If you want to preserve star color and learn the physics about the night sky, check out Clarkvision, Roger Clark's site.
Great teaching moments!
