Inspire Your Camera Club

Great photography isn't about camera settings or gear. It's about connection, heart, and inviting people to see the world through the lens of your creative vision. A good photograph tells viewers as much about the artist as it does about the subject. Join world-renowned photographer Ian Plant for an inspiring presentation that delves into the art of photography and teaches you how to make photos that forge a connection with your viewers.

I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful presentation. In fact, several people reached out to me personally to thank me for inviting you to speak! You have inspired me to try something new with my photography. We hope you will come and speak again to our club in the near future.

Meet Ian Plant

Twenty years ago, I left my "real" job for a career as a full-time pro photographer. Now I travel the world pursuing my passion. In that time, I’ve learned a lot—and I'm here to pass it on to you.

Photography is more than just pointing your camera and taking pictures. The goal of art is to move people. To do this, you must master composition, light, and the magic of the moment.

With extensive knowledge in the field of photography, I’m here to help you unlock your hidden artistic potential and become the best photographer you can be.

Just wanted to thank you again for your wonderful presentation. I found it to be very insightful and thought provoking and everyone I have spoken to has said the same. I always thought I had a fairly good eye for composition but your discussion has shown me there is much more to consider.
