While visiting Grand Teton National Park last fall, I visited String Lake. It was early morning and the water was calm, producing a nice reflection of the mountains and trees. It was such a beautiful and peaceful location, which we had all to ourselves.

I positioned the camera close to the branches of a tree to frame the "Mitten" and distant formations.

This image of the Sunken Garden at Como Conservatory in Saint Paul, Minnesota was taken with the Nikon Fisheye lens. I positioned the camera low in an attempt to have all the lines converging towards a central point .

This photo was taken near Torres del Paine National Park in Chile as the sun descended behind the mountain, creating rim lighting around the puma. May 2024
