This was my first time ever shooting a solar eclipse, and I wasn't sure what to expect. As expected I overshot the event, and ended up with about 300 images.
This was my favorite because the clouds (that I assumed would ruin the event) actually gave the image some atmosphere and mood, that that other shots simply lacked.
This was a 3 shot bracket, that I used the darkest and lightest frames to blend the image. Breaking from typical convention, I used a black frame for this shot -- because hey -- it was an eclipse!
