What a great fish shot. I also like the blurred background. Perhaps you could add a little more room on the right so the fly isn't as close to the edge of the frame. Just expand the canvas a little and use the clone stamp to bring the water over. But maybe that's too niggling a detail in what is a great shot.

This might have been good as an ultra-wide shot as well, going wide enough to include the fish in the foreground and more of the fisherman in the background as well. Getting close with the lens to the fish to keep it large in the resulting composition would be ideal.
