A bear just standing in the meadow in Katmai National Park, Alaska, not very interesting, but it gives you a good idea of just how immense and powerful they are. Many bear came really near our group of 7 who were just sitting and taking photos, but the bear weren't interested in us. The bear in Katmai have never been hunted, so they are not wary of people. I wouldn't try this in Yellowstone or anywhere else in the Lower 48 where there are Grizzlies.
